The Halloween Show

Celebrate spooky season with “The Halloween Show,” a celebration of all art that is creepy, dark, macabre, or hauntingly beautiful. Let the spirit of the season possess you and submit your original artwork!
Details:
-2D and 3D work are both accepted
-AI generated pieces are not accepted
-Maximum Dimensions: 48′ x 48″
-All pieces must be installation ready (i.e. sawtooth hanger, eye-hooks, or wire)
-Entry Fee: $25 per piece. Unlimited Entries.
-Pieces will be juried and artists will be informed whether their pieces are accepted.
-Pieces may be offered for sale. WCA collects a 30% commission rate.

6×6 Exhibit

Join us for the fourth annual [6×6] show at Wayne Center for the Arts!
This show brings together hundreds pieces made by local artists, designers, community members, youth, and YOU to cover the gallery walls. From now until September 5, we’re calling on our community to bring in works of art that are 6” by 6” square on unframed canvas, paper, or media no thicker than one inch thick. Artists of any age and experience are welcome, with the only requirement that all 6×6 works must be able to be attached to our gallery walls.
All pieces of art will be available for sale for $20, with $10 supporting the artist and $10 supporting future exhibitions at WCA. Join us in a FUNdraiser with a fantastic mission!
To enter, simply create your 6″x6″ work of art on unframed canvas, paper, or media no thicker than one inch thick and drop it off at Wayne Center for the Arts, 237 S. Walnut Street, Wooster, 44691 by September 16, 2024. You will be asked to fill out paperwork at time of drop-off, or you can download it HERE and bring it with you (handy if you’re bringing in lots of pieces!)
