General Information

Class Registration and Payment
Class registration can be made in person, over the phone, or online.  Tuition for classes may be paid in full at the time of registration or you may choose to pay a 50% deposit with the balance due before the start of your first class.  Should you opt to make payments, an additional 10% processing fee will be added to your tuition.   Workshops and events do not have an extended payment option and must be paid in full upon registration.

Late Registrations

Students may register for a class as long as the third session of that class has yet to begin. Later registrations need to be pre-approved by the teaching artist and is dependent on whether space is available. Fees will not be prorated.

Withdrawals and Refunds

Refunds or account credits may be issued if a withdrawal from classes or workshop occurs before the class begins. In order to receive a refund, a withdrawal must occur within 72 hours of the start of the course. There will be no refunds or account credits issued (except for severe injury or illness) if withdrawal occurs after the course start date.

Minimum Enrollments

Most classes require a minimum of four students. Occasionally classes and workshops are canceled due to insufficient enrollment. In such cases, the Registration Office will notify you approximately three business days before the scheduled start date. Your tuition will be refunded in full by check.

Financial Aid & Scholarships

Financial aid and scholarships may be available for students demonstrating financial need. Families who have not applied for financial aid or scholarships in 2022 should call our front desk for more information at 330.264.2787 ext. 201.

Student Safety & Classroom Policy

  • In order to help ensure the safety of your child, parents or guardians must sign children ages 12 and younger in and out of class. However, parents or guardians may authorize students ages 11 and 12 to sign themselves in and out of class on the required Emergency Information & Authorization Form. Parents and guardians of students under the age of 6 must remain in the waiting area during class times but do not need to stay during summer camp hours.
  • For the safety, comfort, and experience of our students and instructors, only registered participants are permitted to be present in our classes. Parents and guardians are invited to wait outside the classroom where there is seating or in the parent lounge on the upper floor while their child attends class. Children may not accompany their guardians to adult classes. Special exceptions are permitted with advance approval by the executive director only.
