Thank you for your consideration of purchasing an item from the Artrageous! auction. While most of the packages are straightforward, we wanted you to be aware of some conditions that accompany certain packages.

Item #1: Twilight on the Terrace

Winner will collaborate with Ashley Vaughn of CSB to choose an amenable date and time.  

Item #2: Let’s Go to Lehmans!

Winner will contact Glenda Lehman Ervin to schedule.  Some Saturdays in the fall and holidays may be excluded.

Item #3:  Party at Pine Tree Barn

Needs to be redeemed within 12 months of the date of the fundraiser Pine Tree Barn is a lunch-only restaurant.  The Party cannot be scheduled during October, November, or December. The Atrium Dining Room is very popular for parties. For best availability, we encourage auction winner to book as soon as possible. No cash value.

Item #5: Revolution and Refinement

Winner will designate the showtime that they would like and donor will purchase the tickets.

Item #6: Glamour in Bloom – A Luxe Photoshoot Experience

Tiffany Leeper of WCA will help coordinate with winners and donors and will include one consultation with Julie Stanley.  Once a winner is picked, Ashley will send a guide for hair and makeup for prep day of photoshoot.  Hummingbird Hill Flower Farm is available year round, but the best time for flowers is end of July – early Sept.

Item #7: Brewmaster’s Backstage Pass

The experience includes a $200 gift card, which would cover ~1 pint or flight per person. The event can be planned any time of day/evening Monday-Thursday, or Saturday/Sunday afternoon (12-4ish), Paul’s availability permitting.

Item #9: Cinematic Soiree

Private access to an auditorium for up to 3 hours. Time slot must be in the morning before The Lyric opens, or the winner may use funds from the gift card to schedule another time. The movie options are restricted to the films playing at the theater during the week of your party. Other titles may be an option for an additional licensing fee ($125-$425) and may be covered by provided gift card. Additional Food and Beverage items will be available for purchase and may be covered by provided gift card. No outside food (except for City Square Steakhouse) or drinks are permitted, except for cupcakes. Please contact the Managing Director to schedule, and to discuss food and programming

Item #12:  Custom Piece from CMS Fine Jewelers

Gemstone is valued at $1,600, and the finished piece will be valued at up to $3,500. If you wish to enhance your design beyond that amount, additional upgrades are available-but your winning bid covers everything up to that generous limit.
