Individual Music Lesson Information (Please read in full)

Registering for Music Lessons

Students may register by selecting a time on the website below, or by calling the front desk at 330-264-2787. If at all possible, please choose the first available time per day.  This helps us condense the teaching schedule for our instructors so that they are able to instruct without gaps in their schedule. 

Payment Policy

Piano, guitar, and string lessons are billed at $20 per lesson, payable in advance or at the time of the lesson. Website availability is for the first 4 weeks of lessons.

Lesson payments may be set up to auto pay; for more information, please contact Lynn at lynn@wayneartscenter.org. If not choosing the autopay option, payment is expected monthly by mail or in-person at the front desk.

Attendance Policy

Please try to provide 24-hour notice to your instructor if you plan to miss a lesson. Two consecutive absences without notice will result in that lesson time being reopened for scheduling to the public. Missed lessons are not refundable. 

Students may schedule make-up lessons at the teacher’s discretion. Please contact your teacher for information about his or her available times for make-up lessons.

Two-week notice is required prior to discontinuing lessons. 

Students are expected to be punctual and prepared for lessons.  Due to scheduling needs, arriving late will result in an abbreviated lesson time.
