Join us as Leah Haggard, Owner and Nutrition Health Coach at What Fuels a Dancer, speaks about building health, strength, and vitality as a dancer. Leah will talk about nutrition for health, sleep, mental health, and injury recovery.
Leah Haggard lives in Grand Rapids, MI, where she is the owner and nutrition health coach of What Fuels a Dancer. She trained at the Pacific Northwest Ballet and danced professionally with The Suzanne Farrell Ballet, Grand Rapids Ballet, and Utah Regional Ballet, also appearing as a guest performer for companies like Ballet Memphis, Aspen Santa Fe Ballet, and Indiana Ballet Theater. She studied at The Institute For Integrative Nutrition and is currently pursuing a Masters in Human Nutrition. Leah is passionate about mental and emotional health and strives to find balance in all areas of her life.
