The Community School of Dance is a recreational program outlined for dancers of every age.  The Toddler & Me Class begins at age 18 months, while the Ballroom classes keep us all dancing into the future.  This program promotes exploratory dance lessons using movement for expression, wellness, learning academics, and fitness. It also provides dance lessons for those who are not old enough or cannot make the time commitment required of the Pre-Professional school. The Community School uses the same dance faculty and syllabi as the Pre-Professional School. The Community School consists of three levels (One, Two, and Three).

Jazz styles and Hip-Hop styles come together under the banner of rhythm. In this class students will learn about the rhythm that brings the charisma to Jazz and Hip-Hop dance. Each week students will come home with a combination to enjoy. These forms of dance feel good to the body, mind, and spirit and they expand the imagination of what’s possible. After a few challenging combinations students are drawn to technical studies to increase speed, endurance, and power.
