Wootown Treat Trail: A Fabulous Family Event


Saturday, October 31st from 10:00 – 2:00 pm

Join us and over 20 downtown Wooster businesses for a fun trick-or-treat experience!  Begin at Wayne Center for the Arts or Local Roots at 10:00am to decorate your treat bags and get your trail map.  The treat trail will open at 11:00am.  Get a treat and a sticker from each location then turn your completed maps in to Local Roots for a chance to win a gift basket!  This event is free and open to the public.  No Registration is necessary just come and have fun!


On hand at Wayne Center for the Arts is a paint your own pumpkin station, make a clay pumpkin dish and other fun activities.

Local Roots – Apple cider, cookies and tats for kids

Today’s Kitchen Store – In-store Scarecrow Scavenger Hunt from 10am-6pm.  For each completed list a $10 off coupon will be distributed. (Ages 8 and up)

Roomscapes – Candy or a treat for those in costume

Meg Bowman Photography – Kids can have their photo taken in the Halloween studio

Studio Pink – Special coupons and “freebies” for those in costume

Motts Oils and More – $5 off on $10 purchase for ADULTS in costume

Downtown Buehler’s – “Celebration Saturday” from 11:00am-3:00pm.  Treats to children in costume.

Spoon – Treats for those in costume and “Bloody” Good Specials

Gathering Grounds – Special baked good to each child in costume

Vertical Runner – Kids in costume will receive treats and be entered to win a “Fall Fun Treats Basket”

The Faithful Little Cupcake – Goodies for kids in costume

Poppy – Treats to kids in costume

Count Friendtique – Treat bag for kids in costume

Wooster Book Company – A “spooky” tattoo for everyone in costume (Adults and kids)

Ride On – Hot chocolate and treats for those in costume and 15% anything orange in the store

Bespoke Hair Salon – Treats to kids in costume

Oak Grove Eatery – Muffins for kids in costume

Helms Old Fashion Barber Shop – Halloween candy to kids
