Harlem String Quartet

Wayne Center for the Arts joins with the Wooster Chamber Music Series to present a FREE family concert by the renowned Harlem String Quartet. The Harlem Quartet advances diversity in classical music while engaging new audiences with varied repertoire that includes works by minority composers. Their skill and passion has taken them around the world, including a 2009 performance at The White House which won them acclaim, including a 2013 Grammy.

Before the concert join us for FREE fun activities downtown from 11:00am – 3:00pm during the Spring Fever Eggstravaganza!

Stop by one of our four participating locations to get started:

Wayne Center for the Arts – Make a clay basket, bunny collage, mini spring painting and meet the Easter Bunny!

Local Roots – Decorate eggs and create egg shell planters

Wooster Book Company – Design seed mosaics

Wayne County Library Wooster – Make shaker egg maracas and participate in a scavenger hunt to find pictures of eggs hidden throughout the Children’s Department
